Ms. Anna Swing

Here is a little background information about the Transition classroom staff...

 

I graduated from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) in 2017 with a degree in Health Administration. After working in healthcare for a short time I realized that was not the path for me so I got into teaching in 2019. I have been at Stoner - Thomas School since 2020 working with the Transition classrooms. 

 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, reading, and being outdoors. I have a son and two dogs who tend to keep me busy outside of school hours.

 

I have several responsibilities here within the school one of which is graduation. As head of the Graduation Committee, I handle all information regarding graduates, graduation photos, graduation practice, etc. If you have questions please send me an email using to the side of the page. 

 

I have been working in education since 1998 and I have been at Stoner - Thomas School since 2013. I graduated with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Davidson County Community College.

 

I have lived in Davidson County all of my life. I have been married to my husband Scott since 1993. We have two, adult daughters who are both working in education. We also have two Labradoodles named Hazel and Gucci. I enjoy reading, camping, going to the beach and spending time with my family.

 

Ms. Bee

I have a Associate's Degree in Music & Fine Arts from Guilford Technical Community College. I started working in education at the age of 16 completing various summer time jobs. This is my first year as a teacher aide at Stoner - Thomas School. I have a husband named Damian who works in transportation. I also have four children and three grandchildren who keep occupy my time outside of work. 

 

I enjoy singing, cooking, shopping, reading and spending time with my family. I look forward to working with your students and educating them to succeed in their lifelong goals.
