Welcome to Elementary 1!

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Elementary 1. Your child will learn a lot and have many new, fun experiences this year! I believe in creating a classroom community where all students feel loved and accepted. I also feel strongly that students learn best when they can participate in hands-on activities. About Me

I am a graduate of Davidson County Schools. This is my first year at Stoner Thomas; however, I have been an educator for 15 years, many of which I spent at Ledford High School. I completed my BS at Catawba College and my MLS at Appalachian State University.
